Produced by Zibo Tengxiang, baking pie weights, also known as steam stones, pie/tart press stones, are used in baking to make tarts and pies. They utilize the weight of the baking beads to press down the tart and pie crusts, preventing unevenness or puffing. They are also commonly used to generate steam when making European-style bread.

【Tips】
1. When pressing the pie crust, please wash and dry the weights first, then place parchment paper over the crust.
2. After use, please clean thoroughly and air dry. Store in a dry place.
3. Do not leave food residue on the surface of the baking weights. If left for too long, they may develop mold.
4. Do not allow children to play with the baking weights as toys. This may pose a danger. They are not to be swallowed.
